Word of The Day:
 - the ability to move freely and easily.

Way back in 2011 I was on the verge of hip surgery.

I have a condition called “femoroacetabular impingement” (FAI). This means that my hip bones are poorly shaped and can cause major problems.

I also have a damaged labrum and a cyst in my right hip.

Most athletes with these conditions have severely decreased range of motion, lots of pain — and many opt for surgery (with varying success).

I had all of those problems, but I was determined to dive deep into yoga, mindfulness, physical therapy, massage, stretching, strengthening and joint mobility (and more), before opting for something so drastic.

My strategy worked; I never had surgery.

Out of those personal explorations, I developed and honed the TSR Mobility System that powers my 30/45-day programs.

In this short compilation video, I show you how I used:

  • Mobility
  • Movement
  • Meditation

...to fix my injuries and get flexible.

Welcome to my life and my journey!

I hope it inspires and gives you the freedom it gave to me!
