👇 The iliacus is a tiny muscle found inside your pelvis.

 

😳 Though small, this little muscle can cause big problems:

  • Poor hip extension when you're doing lunge stretches

  • Tight hips when doing the splits
  • Tight hips in squats
  • Pain in hips/back

👉 It can also contribute to the dreaded anterior pelvic tilt (A.P.T.)
