From Hip Pain to Peak Performance: Zoli’s Journey Back to the Mountain

Zoli Nagy was 24 when his hips started to fail him.

As a snowboard coach at Copper Mountain’s world-class action sports facility, movement was his currency. Snowboarding wasn’t just a passion — it was how he made a living.

But by the time he found our YouTube channel, he’d spent five months battling stubborn, nagging hip pain that didn’t seem to respond to anything.
